Automated dustless coating line
We adopt imported 104m automated pipelining that can partly and effectively control the temperature and humidity, which ensures that all Colorway paper products are evenly and stably coated and further ensures that final products have no curl, black dots and are of high gloss. Meanwhile, with this automated dustless coating line, we can produce up to 50,000 m² paper products per day.

Raw material 

Strict match-material selection  
The well-chosen high quality base material can ensure that the color of images can be displayed vividly on the coating and that the products made from it are waterproof, anti-oxidative and highly glossy.

Cut and measure district  

Exact roll measurement & transverse cutting machine
It could control size effectively, thus making the paper size reach a standard status and keeping the errors within 1 millimeter.
